i'm not gonna do my favorite shows, just go on tv.com to look at them all. the 90's had a good share of villians but the 2000's have lots of good villain. i'm not going to put pictures, sorry. some of u r probably saying "why top 11?" i would like to say i do top 11 because of the Nostalgia Critic. ok, lets start, shall we? #11: Dr. Drakken and Shego these two r the main villians of Kim Possible. Drakken' the dumb one, Shego's the smart one,Drakken's the leader, Shego's the sidekick. how did that happen? anyway, Shego almost looks like Kim except for the clothes, the powers, and the hair. some people think Drakken and Shego love each other... WHAT THE CRAP MADE PPL THINK THAT??? their plans for world domination never work. they almost took over the world in So the Drama but was, of coarse, foiled by Kim and Ron. #10: Father he's the father and mastermind behind the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's plans. it is later found out in Operation: ZERO that Father is Numbah one's grandfather. huh, go figure! this confused me because he tries to kill Numbah One and his sector. why would he want to kill his grandson? wait, so would that make the Delightful Chirldren his *dramatic music plays* cousins? it's really hard to think about. #9: Zim probably the dumbest villian on this countdown. he does even worse than Drakken, it's sad but funny at the same time. i had a hard time with choosing Zim because of Dib. some people might say Dib's the villian because he foils Zim's plans, some people say Zim is evil because he trys to take over the world. i would have to agree with the people that say Zim is because if he was hero, since when do good guys try to destroy the world??? #8: Sarah. Ed's sister from Ed, Edd, n Eddy . wow, she sure did do a number to the Eds. she's a pain and will always tell her mom if Ed did something wrong. there really isn't much to say about her. #7: Mr. Crocker Timmy's fairy-obsessed teacher. he's a spazz whenever he says fairy godparents. he's certifiably insane, lives with his mother, has a hunchback, his ears r on his neck, and his grandfater is in the loony bin for beliveing in genies.he once had fairy godparents himself and they were Cosmo and Wanda! :O! 6:Mindy the brat in the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. she's very talkitive, which is why Mandy didn't want to be her friend. she's weird and voiced by Rachel MacFarlane, the sister of Family Guy creator, Seth MacFarlane. (that was very pointless information...) like Sarah, there isn't that much to say about her. 5: Edward the meanest camper in Camp Kidney. he may act mature and older than any of the campers, but he's actually the youngest. some of u might be thinking why not Lumpus, well Edward is the evil one because he always has to tell on Jelly cabin whenever they do something that's forbidden at camp. 4: Mr. Harriman i no what ur thinking, "how is he evil?" well he's evil for just one reason, he trys to stop mostly everyone in the Foster house from having fun. (it's getting hard thinking of people.) 3: Aku ...uh... (u think of something evil about him. i just did him because he really is evil... and to finish this faster.) 2: Azula HOLY CRAP! she's the scariest one in this list. theres to much thigs to say. she's a brat, she's kinda homicidal, and she broke down in the finale, that was the scariest part ofSozin's Comet.all i can say is that she's a witch with a b. ok, i'll give u a bit to think about number 1. i'll give u a hint, he's from Danny Phantom. another hint: it's not Vlad. ok, times up, number one is... UNDERGROWTH!!! OMG, he's by far the hardest villian Danny's faced. he can only be destroyed by ice powers (a power Danny didn't no he had until the episode Undergrowth came in.) he's also evil because he brainwashed Sam! AHHHHHHHH!!!! although... she didn't really fight Danny, she just told him some information. weird? yes. ok, that ends my first top 11.
